Contact

Every message sent through this page reaches a person, not a ticketing queue that closes itself after a week. What follows is which address handles what, how long each takes, and one important limit on what we can help with, so nobody spends a day waiting for an answer we were never able to give.
The limit worth knowing first
We are an editorial resource, not an advertising network. We cannot access your account on any platform, credit or refund a balance, adjust a bid, approve a site for monetisation, release a payout, unblock a campaign or intervene in a dispute. We have no login, no partner console and no back channel to anyone's support desk.
If your problem is an account problem, the platform's own support is the only route that resolves it, and going through us adds days. Every platform we write about publishes a support contact inside the account interface, and most run a live chat that answers faster than email. What we can do is tell you which policy or contractual term is likely to govern your situation, which sometimes shortens the conversation you then have with them.
Corrections and factual errors
This goes to the front of the queue ahead of everything else. If a figure, date, policy description or quotation on this site is wrong, we want to know before another reader acts on it.
Most corrections concern figures published on Popunder Ads, since platform pricing moves fastest. A useful message contains three things: the page, the exact sentence or figure you are disputing, and the source that contradicts it. With those three we can usually verify and publish a fix the same day. Without the third, verification takes longer because we have to reconstruct where our own number came from before we can test yours.
We acknowledge corrections within 24 hours and resolve factual errors within two working days. The correction is dated on the page and logged rather than silently overwritten, so the record of what changed survives the change. The full process is in the editorial policy.
Editorial enquiries
Use this for suggesting a subject, asking a question about something we published, requesting the working we did behind a figure, or asking us to look at a platform we have not covered. We read all of it and answer within five working days, though a request that needs original research will get an honest estimate rather than a fast answer.
We do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, link insertions into existing pages, or "we noticed a broken link on your page" outreach. Those messages are deleted without reply, and the address does not become more receptive with follow-ups.
Commercial and partnership enquiries
Platforms wanting to discuss a commercial arrangement should use this route rather than the editorial one. Two things are worth stating before you write, because they end most conversations early and save everyone the time.
Commercial terms do not buy editorial outcomes. We will not remove a documented limitation, will not send drafts for approval before publication, and will not agree to a clause requiring positive framing. Where we have a commercial relationship, the drawbacks stay on the page, and you can verify that by reading what we currently publish about the platform we link to most.
We also do not sell display advertising, do not run sponsored placements, and do not add outbound links in exchange for payment. If the proposal is a paid link, the answer is no regardless of the amount.
Licensing enquiries, for reusing our tables or translating a page, also go here. Short quotation with a visible link back needs no permission; anything beyond that does. The scope of what is permitted without asking is set out in the terms.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or withdraw consent for analytics, write to us and say which right you are exercising.
We acknowledge within 72 hours and answer within 30 days, which is the period set by Article 12 of the General Data Protection Regulation. In practice most requests resolve faster, because the honest answer is usually that we hold very little: an analytics identifier if you accepted analytics cookies, a server log entry for 90 days, and any message you sent us. What is collected and how long it is kept is itemised in the cookie policy.
We may ask you to confirm identity before releasing data, which is a protection for you rather than an obstacle. We will not demand documents beyond what is proportionate to the request.
| Reason for writing | Address | We reply within |

| Commercial, partnership or licensing | [email protected] | 5 working days |
| Privacy, data access or deletion | [email protected] | 72 hours to acknowledge, 30 days to complete |
| Anything else | [email protected] | 5 working days |
How to get a faster answer
Put the specific subject in the subject line rather than "question" or "hello". Name the page you are writing about. If you are describing a problem, include what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, in that order. If you are disputing a figure, include the source. Attachments are fine; links to files behind a login are not, because we will not create an account to read them.
We answer in English. Messages in other languages are read with machine translation and answered in English, which works for straightforward enquiries and poorly for nuanced ones.
If you have not heard back within the window above, resend rather than assuming we ignored you: spam filtering is imperfect in both directions. If you want to know who you are writing to before you write, the about page covers how the site is run and the author profile covers who writes it.
